Gabrielle Savarese

Gabrielle Savarese

Pilates Instructor

I am a classically trained Pilates Instructor, teaching over 12,000 hours of private, duet, group equipment, and mat classes during my 15 years of experience. I’ve taught in Chicago, the D.C area, and now here in Dallas. I was a Pilates enthusiast for 5 years in my hometown of Sydney, Australia. When I relocated to Chicago, I was inspired to complete the “Articulate Eye” 650+ hours, Classical Teacher Training Program.

In 2016, I graduated from a 3-year Master’s Program at the prestigious Pilates Centre in Boulder Colorado. The Centre is run by the world-renowned Taylor Sisters. Amy and Rachel Taylor in unison with Romana; Joseph Pilates’ protégé, founded their training program in 1991. The Master’s Program is an individually tailored program, 116 hours of instruction, and an Internship for experienced Pilates Instructors. It’s designed to challenge those with a desire to delve profoundly deeper into the nuances of the method, advance their knowledge, and further evolve their teaching, to benefit everybody.

I am also Pink Ribbon Program Certified, which enables me to guide Breast Cancer patients through post-surgery rehabilitative exercises.

In addition to my formal certifications, I stay current and refine my teaching through continuing education. I have attended numerous workshops with distinguished and Master instructors and have been privileged to learn directly from first-generation teachers, Kathy Grant, Ron Fletcher, Lolita San Miguel, Mary Bowen, all of whom were taught by Joe Pilates himself.

I find teaching Pilates an extremely rewarding experience, guiding clients to become more body aware, as they begin to move not from habit, but with mindfulness. I am thrilled to help clients discover a truer strength and freedom of movement within their own bodies as they journey toward their limitless vitality and optimum health. I encourage everyone to come as you are but to leave at your best!

Pilates... Live, Move, Perform at your best!

A self-proclaimed “anatomy nerd”, Allie found herself back in class again to complete her Muscle Activation Technique Specialist Training in 2018.  Allie’s teaching style is unique as her varied experiences thread their way through her Pilates instruction.  A constant student of the human body and its biomechanics; her expertise, unique eye, attention to detail has been honed over decades of learning.

Allie Stilwell's practice of MAT® is unique in what other factors she uses to understand the client, what outside factors (biomechanics, nutrition, hydration, movement patterns, underlying health factors) are impacting her client's ability to move well and without pain.

Amy Berry

Amy Berry

MELT Method Teacher

Amy is the best friend or big sister you need in your life. As a Wife, Mom to 3 boys, and dance fitness instructor she used to wonder if there was more to life than just sleepwalking through one day and into the next; so busy she didn't even notice where she was going. After enduring multiple traumas, Amy began searching for something more. She found a passion for teaching dance, coaching and empowering women, and created the Worthy Heart blog, believing that everyone is worthy of love.

Amy continued searching and learning and developed a four-step process to live The GOOD Life; focusing on God, Ourselves, Others, and Divine Happenings; which became the recently released The GOOD Life Journal. She firmly believes that by incorporating these four steps in our daily lives, everyone can have The GOOD Life and walk out their unique purpose boldly and confidently.

As Amy continued on with her passion for making a difference in others lives she stumbled upon Sue Hitzmann’s “MELT METHOD” which is a practice focused on Fascia Relief. The MELT Method empowers individuals to use foam rollers, hand and foot therapy balls, and other self-care methods to identify and relieve chronic pain. With this new unique self care treatment.
